Barge on the horizon . . .
         disappearing . . .
                  the life I left

Lake Michigan has always been a part of  Ellen Grace Olinger's
life. This haiku was published first in Time Of Singing (1997). In early 2012, it was included with other haiku on her page at the Haiku Registry at The Haiku Foundation ( www.thehaikufoundation.org.)  For more information, please visit her website: Poems From Oostburg, Wisconsin. http:/ellenolinger.wordpress.com
