The weather, sadly, may or may not be too accommodating, but Bay View’s delightful outdoor concert series, Chill on the Hill, at the Humboldt Park band shell, kicks off its season with a performance by the popular local Afro-Cuban jazz ensemble De La Buena. The series will run weekly through the summer.
