I have had the opportunity to see both Auntie Mame...

I have had the opportunity to see both Auntie Mame at Sunset Playhouse and Invader at Alchemist. Mary DeBattista does an incredible job as Mame, with a great supporting cast, particularly the actors who portray Gooch, O'Bannion, Beau, Mrs. Upson, Patrick, and Sally Cato. Invader was VERY fun, with creative original songs and a wonderful cast. Well worth the money, in both cases!

Never seen "Mame" live so I'm definitely looking f...

Never seen "Mame" live so I'm definitely looking forward to that one, but the show opening this week that I'm most excited about is "Invader." I had the opportunity to read a few pages of an early draft several months ago and have been looking forward to opening night ever since. Brilliant script. So, so funny.
