Sen. Russ Feingold’s annual listening tours to all 72 Wisconsin counties have helped him to stay connected to all of his constituents. Best known for his work on civil liberties, campaign finance reform and intelligence issues, the senator also is focusing on economic development, especially his E4 Initiative (economy, employment, energy and education). And as his monthly “Fein” Tunes picks prove, the guy has impeccable taste in music, too.
