His Artist's Statement opens with: “I seem to move through the world as if I am a character in a novel.” Or maybe a character from history. Artist and longtime MIAD president Terrence Coffman will be performing his one-man Van Gogh show at the Charles Allis next month. In costume and in character, one artist becomes another in an exploration of the life of the 19th century post-impressionist.
