Danceworks on Tap: Heart and Sole

Danceworks on Tap is committed to tap as a living art form with, forgive me, untapped potential. The ongoing challenge is to express some aspect of contemporary experience honestly while creating interesting rhythms with your body parts.
This 15th annual concert, choreographed by current company members and alumni under the artistic direction of Amy Brinkman, has as its subject the variety of forms that love takes. As usual in DOT performances, traditional and contemporary tap will mix with other modern dance styles and spoken text. Performances are at Danceworks Studio, 1661 N. Water St. (John Schneider)
