Gov. Jim Doyle has spent the weekend in Washington to meet with President Obama, his administration and other governors. After listening to Republican governors complain about the billions of dollars that would flow to their states as part of Obama’s American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, Doyle told reporters: “Those who are somehow opposing the recovery act but are all taking the money, it’s sort of a question of who can be the most begrudging in accepting the money.”
