Inspired by the wonderful BMW Art Car project started in 1975 with legendary artist Alexander Calder, Daniel Fleming approached Parsifal Mercedes Boutique in Milwaukee's Third Ward about the possibility of an auto-inspired collaboration.
One show, a summer residency, over 20 pieces of original art and various projects later, the collaboration continues with CHROME, a collection of photos integrating contemporary art, the classic Mercedes-Benz 280SL and a 1952 Cabriolet 300S.
The project continues this summer on Summerfest's opening day at the Parsifal Mercedes Boutique in Milwaukee's Third Ward. Check back for updates and announcements or go to Daniel's Facebook page for daily updates.
