MITCHELL PARK HORTICULTURAL CONSERVATORY TO BE ILLUMINATED IN SUPPORT OF STAND UP TO CANCER’S SIXTH LIVE ROADBLOCK TELECAST

Mitchell Park Horticultural Conservatory will be illuminated in a show of support for the sixth biennial Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C) “roadblock” telecast airing in both the U.S. and Canada on Friday, Sept. 7. The Domes located at 524 S Layton Blvd will be lit in red on September 7 - 9. SU2C’s live telecast will broadcast from Los Angeles (8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT) on more than 50 networks (ABC, CBS, NBC, and FOX) and will feature performances and appearances from top recording artists and celebrities as well as powerful stories of remarkable progress being made by SU2C-funded research. Academy Award®-nominated actor Bradley Cooper will return as co-executive producer.
