Zoup!, a national fast casual chain, has opened their first Wisconsin location at 1433 N. Jefferson St. Soup is the main focus of the menu, but a large number of salads and sandwiches are also available. A dozen varieties of soup are offered each day, and rotate daily. Classics like chicken noodle and tomato basil are available often, while more unusual soups like curried mulligatawny and pumpkin pie bisque appear less often. Standard tuna salad gets a boost from lemon and capers, and is available on a bed of greens as a salad ($6.95) or as a sandwich ($6.95). If you can’t decide between soup or sandwich, you can always make a combo with any two items.
