This year, Labor Day weekend means a time for the entire family to party when Los Dells Music Festival brings nearly three dozen musical acts to a wooded area near the Wisconsin Dells.
Puerto Rico’s reggaeton star Ozuna, whose videos have more than a billion views on YouTube, is among the headliners at the Midwest’s first major Latin music festival and the largest music festival of its kind in the U.S. Ozuna shares the spotlight with a wide array of Latin-influenced acts including Mexican rock band Café Tacvba, Columbian vallenato singer Carlos Vives and rapper Logic.
It’s the family-friendly Coachella of Latin music, held on three stages with full camping facilities, including showers, restrooms and a convenience store. With art installations, vendors offering an array of Latin foods and a heavy hitting lineup, festival attendees will be in for an unforgettable experience. “The most exciting aspect of the festival this year, other than the line-up, is that we’re taking the decoration of the site to a whole other level,” says Festival Director Dasha Zumwalt. “It's going to be a visual feast for the eyes.”
Los Dells Music Festival will be held noon through midnight, Aug. 31 and Sept. 1 in Mauston, WI. Children 10 and under are admitted free in the General Admission Area. For tickets, a full lineup of entertainers, a map and more information, visit losdells.com.
