"Walking in Milwaukee"
This week Midwest party rapper Juiceboxxx released the video for his latest single, "Walking in Milwaukee," and true to its title, it does indeed feature Juiceboxxx traversing his home city on foot. He's not just a fare-weather pedestrian, either. Directed by viral-video expert Jack Packard, the video follows him through some chilly-looking rain, spitting his usual Licensed to Ill-style rhymes unfazed by the cold. "This song is about being a kid wasted in the Heartland," Juiceboxxx told The Fader, which premiered the video. "Walking everywhere, frantically booking DIY greyhound bus tours at a computer lab, going to basement shows and feeling fucked up."
You can stream the video below. Juiceboxxx's latest album, HEARTLAND 99, will come out June 9 on his Thunder Zone label.
