Last minute shoppers don’t have to necessarily head to the mall today. Bay View’s feminist bookstore Broad Vocabulary Books is offering a procrastinator’s sale throughout the day. It starts at 10 a.m.

Japan is being exploited by those who think windmills are the solution to all energy needs. They take this opportunity to play upon the fear, rather than stepping back and looking at this logically.
Wisconsin put this ban on new nuclear plants 30 years ago. Technology (safety) has vastly advanced in those decades.
Wisconsin needs reliable cost-effective energy and nuclear provides that. Critics will point to the risk, but it's hard to find anything in life that's 100% without any risk.

Keep in mind that my yes vote is contingent on inland WI not suffering any tsunamis in the near future. This is such a stupid poll- it is only seeking to capitalize on fears that have not even proven reasonable yet. As it stands right now, the Japanese reactors performed very well when hit by disasters that were much stronger than they were designed for- 30 YEARS AGO!
I want to point out something to the hysterical left- Jane Fonda's character in the China Syndrome was JUST A CHARACTER. That was what we call a MOVIE. More people have died in the wind power industry than the nuclear industry. Get grip, lefties. Maybe switch to decaf until the Japanese reactors are fully contained, which they certainly will be.
