The fifth annual Milwaukee Comedy Festival continues tonight with an assortment of stand-up and sketch comedy at the Off Broadway Theatre. Among the performers are the Milwaukee troupes Homegrown Electric Circus and Sketch 22, and Chicago’s Strippers Picnic.
