An electronic duo formed in London, VNV Nation divides its time between pop-influenced dance and trance songs marked by serene synthesizers and harsher, more industrial songs that are nonetheless suited for the dance floor. Their 2007 Judgment, softened their sound a bit for some of the group’s richest, most expansive tracks yet, but the group is back to their mercurial selves on their just-released Of Faith, Power and Glory, which finds this cult electronic band at its mightiest.
