Celebrate Milwaukee this 414 Day

It’s almost our day! Milwaukee Day, better known as 414 Day, is coming up this weekend and our beloved city is home to a variety of events for visitors and residents of all ages.

Check out some of the events and promotions happening this Sunday.

Boerner Botanical Gardens

  • 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Grab tickets for the Boerner Botanical Gardens for just $4.14 on Sunday and check out thousands of plants within 12 displays across the gardens.

The Cooperage

  • 5 p.m. –11:30 p.m.
  • The Cooperage will offer local music, art, vendors, food, and more and their Milwaukee Day celebration.

Colectivo and UW Credit Union

  • Friday, April 12
  • UW Credit Union will be giving away 12 oz. bags of fair trade, organic coffee from Colectivo. All of the credit union's 12 Milwaukee-area branches are participating.

City of Milwaukee

  • 10 a.m.
  • Join the Mayor and City of Milwaukee as they host the 414 Day flag drop outside of City Hall.

Harley-Davidson Museum 

  • 10 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
  • Harley-Davidson will be offering $4.14 tickets to the museum, plus there will be a 4.14-pound burger eating contest.

Historic Milwaukee Inc.: 414 Day Sale

  • 10 a.m.–3 p.m.
  • Save online and in-store on certain items this 414 Day, including 38 neighborhood posters, combo posters, and a Milwaukee feeds-and-supplies the world puzzle.

Lakefront Brewery: Keg Stand Up

  • 6:30 p.m.–8 p.m.
  • Lakefront Brewery has partnered with Milwaukee Comedy to host a 414 Day comedy event featuring fresh laughs and fresh beer.

Makers Market: 414 Day

  • 10 a.m.–4 p.m.
  • Celebrate Milwaukee on 4/14 Day with Milwaukee Makers Market inside Discovery World Pavilion.

Milwaukee County Parks

  • Official 414 Day stickers will be given out to visitors at various Milwaukee County Parks on Sunday. Participating parks include Mitchell Park Domes, Wehr Nature Center, Pulaski Pool, and the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Kosciuszko Community Centers.

 South Shore Terrace

  • 11 a.m.– 9 p.m.
  • Enjoy $4.14 hot dogs, brats, and Miller High Life pint refills at the South Shore Terrace beer garden.

414 Day Artist Market

  • Noon
  • The Cactus Club is hosting a group of artists and local community organizations for a special artist market celebrating Milwaukee.
