il Grande Carnevale – Saturday, February 23, 2019, starting at its customary time of 5:11 pm with a cocktail reception in the Galleria.

The theme for il Grande Carnevale 2019 is dall'Inverno alla Primavera (from Winter to Spring), something we are all hoping for in February. Experience a transformation from icy Winter to sunkissed Spring as the evening progresses. It will be beautiful, and will leave you with the hope, anticipation and excitement of blossoming flowers and budding trees in the near future.

Carnevale features costumes and Venetian masks, celebrating an Italian tradition dating back to the 15th century, not to mention dinner, tantalizing sweets table, dancing, camaraderie, fireworks, and the coronation of the ICC’s Royal Court – a full, spectacular evening.

Dancing: Come dance the night away. Music On The Move Plus will provide music for guests of all ages throughout the evening.

Performances: Tradizione Vivente, the Italian Dance Group of Milwaukee, and I Bei Bambini, the Children’s Italian Dance Group, will set the festive mood for the evening with the music, costumes and folk dancing of Italy.

Costumes and Masks: Express your inner extravagance or your inner child by celebrating the evening in costume and mask – bring a little bit of Venezia and a little bit of whimsy to the ICC.

Raffle: Throughout the evening, guests can purchase tickets for the chance to win many fantastic raffle prizes, which will be on display in the Galleria.

Royalty: No Carnevale would be complete without the coronation of a Royal Court.

Reservations: Reservations must be made by Friday, February 15 in order to attend.

The cost to attend this magical night is $50 for an ICC member, $60 for a non-member, $15 for children.
