Historic Miller Caves Beer Pairing Dinner

Experience a dinner like no other with savory spelunking! We are bringing a Miller Time tradition to the public for the first time this August. Enjoy a four course beer pairing dinner in the historic Miller Caves, hand dug in 1849. Originally used for beer refrigeration and fermentation, the first beer pairing dinners were hosted in 1952 by Fredrick Miller’s great grandson. In 2004, Miller Brewing Company reintroduced this time honored tradition and they have grown in popularity ever since. Now, for the first time ever, we want to share this experience with our fellow Milwaukeeans.

Beer pairings dinners will be presented by Miller Trade Brewer and Milwaukee’s 40 under 40 winner Megan Mares. Catering will be provided by culinary artists from Shully’s Cuisine and Events. Tickets are for $75 per adult (must be 21+). An optional tour is included as well as original Miller Caves glassware gift.

•Wood-Fired Chicken Quarter with a Bright Lemon and White Wine Sauce with Kimchi-Creamed Kale and Roasted then Pressed Garlic and Summer Herb Potatoes

Dessert

•Shully’s Made Sweet Corn Ice Cream Topped with Coconut, Pepita and Chia Crunch and a Lemon-Verbena Financer
