Nonprofits, Race and Inclusion: Stories and Conversation

Ideally, nonprofit leadership would reflect the backgrounds of the individuals they serve. In practice, this isn’t always the case. In this session, we’ll explore how race and representation are at play in the nonprofit sector. Attendees will hear true, personal stories from Ex Fabula Fellows, share their own experience in small groups, and identify action steps.
