Yes, the Chicago-area born, Italian-immigrant-raised comedian behind wildly successful network specials including last year’s “Sebastian Maniscalco: Why Would You Do That?,” “What’s Wrong With People?,” and “Aren’t You Embarrassed?” is that little voice within all our heads.
