Stone Troll Studio Creator Brian E. Vallery Exhibit

West Allis sculptor, Brian E. Vallery, offers a fantastic display of critters and creatures to fill the gallery of Inspiration Studios during the month of September. Sure to be of interest to children and adults of all ages, the Opening Reception of his Stone Troll Studio creations will take place Saturday, September 8, 7:00-9:00pm. Vallery’s 3D sculptures will include wild-life animals, prehistoric figures, and some unimaginable (yet imagined) trolls and mystical creatures, such as those inspired by such movies as Raiders of the Lost Ark or the Harry Potter series.

The Stone Troll Studio exhibit will be on display at the West Allis gallery from September 8 to September 30, with several opportunities to view the creatures that stem from Vallery’s imagination and creativity.

Vallery’s sculptures will be available for purchase during the September 8 Opening Reception. His exhibit will include modestly priced works to accommodate local buyers. A smaller sampling of his works will be on display at Art On The Plaza, West Allis’ first major art event, on September 14, 5-9pm at Centennial Plaza and Art Gallery. A Paint & Take event will take place on September 15 at Inspiration Studios, where, for a nominal fee, participants will paint a preformed original sculpture under Vallery’s guidance, that will be theirs to take home. The Opening Reception with Brian E. Vallery will be held Saturday, September 8, 7-9pm. Admission is free and refreshments will be served. The gallery will also be open during the Paint & Take event on September 15, 6:00-8:00pm. Inspiration Studios will also have the exhibit on display during DOORS OPEN MKE on September 22 & 23, Noon-5pm.
