The franchised eatery on the first floor of the Chase Tower was the brainchild of siblings Alan and Lois Margolet. Their goal was to capture the hearts of "real turkey lovers," a concept that would separate Capriotti's Sandwich Shop from its competition. They roasted whole fresh turkeys overnight, something that no other sandwich shop in Wilmington, Delaware offered. They served sandwiches made-to-order with fresh roasted pulled turkey, high quality meats and cheeses, and fresh rolls and produce delivered daily.
