slave ancestors of today's blacks have been here longer than my white ancestors

My ancestors came from Germany in 1877.
Slavery ended around 1865,
so that means these slave ancestors were here before mine were.

My ancestors can be called "immigrants", but an immigrant comes here voluntarily.
Can you say that slaves came here voluntarily? Hardly.
Yet, these slave ancestors are still not native to this country, so what do you call that?

Kamal Harris is not a real "American black", but she is a descendant of immigrants... just like I am.

"Immigrant Americans" should remember that this land was "conquered" from the native Americans who were already here. The "Go west young man" and the "Little House on the Prairie" type were really invited here by our young federal government in the Original 13 colonies for one reason only, to give the native people hell. The purpose was to bring in people that would set up land boundaries and then enforce them with superior weaponry. That's right, it was to push out the red man with extreme prejudice, to drive them off the "white owned" land.

Now what reasonable person is truly proud of that?
I will tell you who, the modern day Trump supporter, and the white supremacist of any day.
Also the corporate leaders of any day, especially the old "robber barons", they loved having someone else do the dirty work of driving off the non-Capitalist "occupants."
