It’s unfortunate that anyone has to say this, but it’s high time that Wisconsin follow other states’ examples of successful criminal justice reform; states ahead of us in this area include not only Michigan, but also Texas and Mississippi. more

Sen. Leah Vukmir’s bill, Senate Bill 54 (SB54), mandates that the Wisconsin Department of Correction (DOC) recommend revocation for anyone on DOC supervision who is merely charged with a new violent misdemeanor or any type of felony. more
