So you’re going to be downtown on the last day in July and you’re wondering where you might like to have lunch. So maybe you might consider being around the Peck Pavilion around noon because there’s a free show going on there. Niffer Clarke and Paul Helm will be performing a special free lunch concert.
On Friday, Jul. 31 at 12:00 p.m. in the Marcus Center’s Peck Pavilion, the two musical theatre talents will be performing selections from the upcoming Broadway series at the Marcus Center. It’s kind of a weird mix of different moods ahead. Expect a mix of Wicked, Cabaret, Dirty Dancing with Kink Boots and Newsies. I’m sure they’ll find a way to connect it all in an enjoyable lunch with show tunes. Broadway at the Marcus Center starts Oct. 6.
