Milwaukee's Barley to Barrel program is the city's original brewery incubator. The program was created to take participants through a 10 week program where they take part in each step of bringing a beer to the market from grain to glass. On Wednesday December 5th, recent graduates of the program will be on hand to debut their beers in the Growler Gallery® and discuss their experience in the program.
