Milwaukee Backgammon Club: Open Play Night

Event time: 6:30pm, 2nd & 4th Wednesday every month

Whether you’re an advanced Player looking for a chouette or heads-up match, a beginner just learning the game, or a Player looking for some coaching to take it up a notch, our Open Play night is for you. We offer lessons, coaching, doubles matches that partner you with a more experienced player against a similar pairing, and even tournament-style 5-point matches to prepare you for one of our tournaments.

We head over to the friendly confines of Rounding Third's back room (check in with the bartender to find us) at 6:30 every Wednesday evening — Tournaments (5-point matches with a two-match guarantee) the 1st, 3rd and 5th Wednesday; Open Play the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month. Even if you can't make it by 6:30, please feel free to join us anytime up to 9:30 for at least an hour's worth of play.
