Sahale Ale Works is a small independent family owned and operated brewery and taproom. They brew and serve their beer on site in Grafton, Wis. The brewery was founded in July 2019 by longtime brewer Matthew Hofmann, formerly of St. Francis Brewery (St. Francis), 3 Sheeps (Sheboygan) and Avery Brewing (Boulder, Colo.).
