The flagship Outpost Natural Foods Co-op at 100 E. Capitol will be undergoing a remodel in celebration of the store's 45th anniversary. Changes include updating the Fork Cafe with new tables and menu boards; updating the juice bar and adding a cash register; upgrades to the bakery counter; changing the location of the soup and salad bar; expanding the dairy department and updating coolers; and expanding the personal care department. Work on the remodel will begin in late March and will be completed by late April.
