Ali and Eda are disaffected, lonely teenagers with uncertain futures. He shirks off work for dad’s export firm and she is a talented graffiti artist. Amidst the seagulls and the rattling trucks, Ali and Eda wander separately through the sprawling facilities of a harbor city until they realize they share a dream—literally. The prize-winning film by Turkish director Elif Refig is a moody, often wordless study in recurring images of freedom from dead-end lives.
