The Wisconsin Black Chamber of Commerce is hosting a New Year's Eve Masquerade Ball on 3020 W Vilet St. in Milwaukee. Entertainment will be provided by Michael Hightower. Tickets cost $15 per person with costume or $20 per person without a costume.
