Presenting the most quaint and localized of all the major chili competitions taking place this winter, the Bay View Neighborhood Association is hosting its 2nd Annual Chili Cook Off this afternoon from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the South Shore Park Pavilion. The event also includes music, children’s entertainment and a silent auction.
