If the back-to-school ads hadn't tipped you off, here's another unwelcome sign that summer is winding down: Bay View's weekly concert series Chill on the Hill finishes its season tonight. At least it will go out with a party, thanks to the headlining salsa ensemble D'Calleson, which draws from rock and funk in addition to Latin sounds. The evening begins with some salsa dance lessons and demonstrations.
