Bay View's free Tuesday night concert series continues tonight with a performance from the Milwaukee Mandolin Orchestra, a 111-year-old institution that performs mandolin-based compositions (they even perform with a mando-cello and mando-bass). Tonight the orchestra will be joined by singer Robin Pluer.
