Bay View's free concert series Chill on the Hill closes its season tonight with a headlining performance from the local 10-piece Afro-beat/funk/dub outfit Tristan Royalty Squad, a group that features members of Kings Go Forth and De La Buena, and many players from the local jazz scene including Aaron Gardner and Eric Jacobson. Bluesy singer-songwriter John Stano opens.
