Since its ambitious beginnings as a weekly event at Mad Planet, The Demix's MELT music series has reduced in frequency to once a month, but its emphasis on the more experimental corners of electronic music remains. The event's fifth installment features five solo electronic acts: adoptahighway, Made of Oak and The Demix, all from Milwaukee, as well as Chicago's Dolor and Madison's Samarah.
