Live from Milwaukee…it’s Saturday night! No matter the season, no matter the city, no matter the generation, Saturday night remains the night to party—and Cream City is no exception. Saturday nights in Milwaukee are always hopping for Gay and Straight folks alike. Just take a look at this week’s happenings to see what I mean. First, however, let’s read about brotherly love gone wrong.
Dear Ruthie,
My wife said I should write you, so here it goes: My brother has owed me $350 for the past three years. The money isn’t going to make or break me and it isn’t ruining our household income, but it makes me mad. I can’t let it go. My wife says I should confront him about it, but it seems sort of petty. But it’s not petty. I don’t know. What do you think?
Dear Bro,
No good deed goes unpunished, sweetie. If it’s bugging you, then calmly mention, “Hey! Bro! I was just thinking about that loan. What’s up with that?” Keep it casual. Keep it calm. If you don’t start the conversation now, your emotions will fester until there’s an explosion. And let’s be honest, honey, the only good fester is Uncle Fester. So, unless you’re about to shave your head and stick a light bulb in your mouth, talk to your sibling and start to clear the air. By the way, can I borrow a few Franklins?
