It's a Thanksgiving miracle: After four long months of construction, the Canadian Pacific Railroad bridge on South Kinnickinnic Avenue—one of the main arteries connecting Bay View to Downtown—has finally reopened. The bridge had been closed since July. Pedestrians are still out of luck, though. The bridge's sidewalks remain closed in wait of new light installations under the bridge. Those installations should be finished in December, the Department of Public Works reports.
