My kingdom for a horse. (Or maybe just a decent IPA.) Boozy Bard Productions returns to the stage early next month as it presents Shakespeare’s tale of the ambitious Richard III. The drama features a group of people performing who have not rehearsed...at all. It’s the type of show that can give just the right backbone to an evening of drinking and probably provide the right depth and resonance to just about anyone’s first weekend in May.
Boozy Bard Productions’ Richard III runs May 4, 5 and 6 at the Best Place Tavern on 901 W. Juneau Ave. Admission is cheap. Wear a crown to the show and you’ll pay half as much as you would without one. For more information, visit Boozy Bard's Facebook page.
