Milwaukee Riverkeeper Boat Parade Sept. 8 Milwaukee River
Fresh Perspective Art Collective (FPAC), a group of black artists from Milwaukee, is one of eight local artist groups participating in the Second Annual Milwaukee Riverkeeper Boat Parade—a Waterkeeper Alliance SPLASH Series event featuring an FPAC-built replica of the first iron bridge over Wisconsin Avenue. The parade begins in the Milwaukee Mooring Basin, viewable from Harbor Fest (600 E. Greenfield Ave.), and travels up and down the Milwaukee River.
