Since its debut at Wisconsin’s Sesquicentennial celebration, Guys on Ice, a musical comedy about a couple of average guys enjoying life’s simple pleasures while in an ice shanty, has become an annual tradition. Last year the production, which has become a lucrative touring act, was expanded into a two-act version with three additional songs and some new “halftime” entertainment hosted by the play’s beer-seeking character, Ernie the Moocher. The play continues its latest run at the Milwaukee Repertory Theater tonight with a 7:30 p.m. performance.

Wow. Engage in class warfare much? Let's explore...

Wow. Engage in class warfare much? Let's explore that notion- won't raising the sales tax punish the poor- the people you imply you "side" with by your comment about the big houses in suburbs? Big business should pay for transit if they really think that people won't work for them without a stinky bus ride twice every day. Is there one person turning down a job because they can't figure out how to get there? At least the poor will have more time to work, as they'll have less disposable income after your 1% sales tax hike goes into effect. How would they get to the parks anyway? Do we have dedicated "Parks Line" bus routes? Perhaps the wildlife in the parks should pay for those routes. Congrats on another downright silly posting.
