After appearing in cities all around the country over the past 15 years, the International Pop Overthrow festival has finally arrived in Milwaukee. The event, which compiles tons of under-the-radar power-pop bands for very quick sets, runs through tomorrow at Linneman’s, with The Midwest Beat, The Nice Outfit and The Lackloves headlining tonight’s 8 p.m. bill.
