Along with previously announced performer Ben Harper, indie-rockers The National will play at President Obama's rally in Madison's Library Mall on the University of Wisconsin campus, according to Madison's Daily Cardinal. The rally, which begins at 4:45 p.m., is expected to draw 15,000, and will be broadcast to college campuses across the country. The event is free and open to the public.
