This week on The Disclaimer, WMSE's weekly panel with Ryan Schleicher, Milwaukee Record editor Matt Wild and I, we're looking at the aftermath of this weekend's Kenny Chesney/Jason Aldean show at Lambeau Field, in which hundreds of fans were ejected (and many arrested) for rowdy, drunken behavior. For some, the arrests reinforced the worst stereotypes of country music fans, but did the media over blow the story? Then we turn our attention to the week's biggest music story: Taylor Swift took on Apple and won... all in the course of a Sunday. How, exactly, did the country music star make the tech powerhouse recant on its decision not to pay artists royalties during the trial period of its Apple Music service so quickly? And is Swift a hypocrite, as some photographers have alleged? There's a lot to chew on.
