Not to be outdone by the Waukesha County Fair, which flaunted two ’90s alt-rock survivors (Everclear and Eve 6), the Washington County Fair ups the ante with three of them tonight: Blues Traveler, Live and Collective Soul. The latter two acts, improbably, have proven major influences on “American Idol” contestants, while Blues Traveler is still notable for John popper’s breathless harmonica wailing.
