Bradley Cooper appears as a celebrated military contractor, Brian, who returns to Hawaii where he previously enjoyed a career triumph, but now teams up with a military pilot (Emma Stone) to stop a satellite launch. Meanwhile, he’s also attempting to rekindle romance with a lost love played by Rachel McAdams. Naturally Cooper’s character is surprised to find himself falling for Stone’s pilot in this edgy romantic comedy. Speaking of edginess, an extra dose of it is served with the inclusion of Alec Baldwin in a supporting role.
