Cooking demonstrations, stilt walkers, fire throwers and buskers are among the attractions at Milwaukee’s annual Bastille Days celebration of French culture, which runs through Sunday downtown near Cathedral Square Park. There are also four stages of music. Tonight’s headliner is New Orleans’ Dirty Dozen Brass Band, a Crescent City jazz institution that has performed with David Bowie, Elvis Costello and the Black Crowes, among many others.
