After appearing in cities all around the country over the past 15 years, the International Pop Overthrow festival has finally arrived in Milwaukee. The event, which compiles tons of under-the-radar power-pop bands for very quick sets, wraps up its four-day stint at Linneman’s tonight with a 3 p.m. bill that culminates in a 7:30 p.m. set from White-Hot Tizzies.
