The Duluth slowcore trio Low isn’t always as docile as their critics make them out to be. Sure, they’re fronted by a harmonizing husband and wife duo, and sure, they often play to seated audiences, but the group’s sound has become more volatile with age, and these days they’re capable of kicking up some seriously stunning crescendos.
