We caught up with Jay Douglas, the manager of Bunzel's meat department, and John Adams, the manager of Bunzel's deli and bakery, to talk about the history of the old-fashioned meat market and what's new. The meat market moved to the corner of 90th and Burleigh in 2016. The move has helped the local business elevate and broaden their product offering.
